How It Works:

1. The Diagnostic Phase: Our technician will run hardware/software checks, evaluate the issue, and thoroughly investigate the problem. No repair work will begin during this time. 2. The Scope & Catalog Review: Once we fully understand the issue, we will map it to our official services catalog and present you with a clear, upfront price quote for the fix.

2. The Work Buffer: If you approve the quote and the work can be completed within our remaining 40-minute on-site buffer, we will begin fixing the issue right then and there!

⚠️ Please Note: Depending on the complexity and overall scope of the issue discovered, some repairs cannot be finished on the spot and will require scheduling a separate, dedicated service appointment.

• Minimum System Requirements: The Company cannot guarantee software performance if your existing hardware does not meet the minimum technical specifications published by the software manufacturer.

• Pre-existing System Corruption & Severe Infection: This service is strictly for installing software. If your existing device is already heavily infected with deep-rooted malware, ransomware, or operating system corruption that physically blocks or interferes with a standard software installation, the technician will pause. Resolving those pre-existing issues falls outside the scope of this flat rate and will require a separate service or diagnostic restructuring.escription
